Connie likes people smaller than her, (and, I think KayCee would be for it) so maybe Creep's actually found a nice person(s) to have a relationship with. : D ..Nah, he'll probably either screw it up, or leave.

The two religious gang members are part of The Children of the Sun, or Sun's Children. They like wearing gold colored pointy hats if they weren't blessed with golden hair, extremely loathe all the mutated types the magic smog made, and want to bring the sun back.

There's at least one other main religious gang that are mostly their opposite, who usually dress in grey, flowing clothes, love and worship the smog, and try to learn and wield magic. They also often go around in bare feet, I believe. Creep isn't a member, but he does rather look like one.
